PEUGEOT has partnered the French Open for the past 34 years and is once again extremely active behind the scenes of this prestigious tournament held in Paris from 27 May to 10 June 2018.

PEUGEOT is launching a new international communication campaign and, for 2018, it is backed by a team of 11 international ambassadors.

With a fleet of almost 225 cars, mainly the PEUGEOT 3008 and 5008 models, the brand is in charge of the official transport of the players, VIPs and journalists, who will discover a new village at the heart of the Roland-Garros site this year.

A new international communication campaign

PEUGEOT is launching an international press and digital communication campaign. The new Drive To Tennis publicity campaign is a perfect mix of tennis and the brand’s latest products. The advert is already online at www.peugeot.com.

PEUGEOT is also repeating the “Road To Roland-Garros” experience this year, in partnership with Roland-Garros. Over the fortnight, the players and brand ambassadors will take their turn to be driven in a PEUGEOT 5008 while answering questions posed by Sandy Heribert, a French-English sports journalist whose relaxed interview style combines sport and familiarity in a web-series to watch on www.youtube.com/user/ROADTOROLANDGARROS

Prestigious international ambassadors

PEUGEOT can count on an international team of eleven players to boost its international tennis strategy. The PEUGEOT 2018 Roland-Garros team counts the following talents:

  • Lucas Pouille (ATP rank 16), Gilles Simon (ATP rank 75) and Jérémy Chardy (ATP rank 86) for France,
  • Alexander Zverev (ATP rank 3) for Germany,
  • Pablo Carreño (ATP rank 11), David Ferrer (ATP rank 42) and Fernando Verdasco (ATP rank 35) for Spain,
  • Jamie Murray (ATP doubles rank 11) for the United Kingdom,
  • Juan Martin Del Potro (ATP rank 6), Leonardo Mayer (ATP rank 43) and Diego Schwartzman (ATP rank 12) for Argentina.

A PEUGEOT 108 sporting the colours of Roland-Garros

The PEUGEOT 108 TOP! Roland Garros is commercialised in Europe. The bursts of orange "clay" colour give even more punch to the exterior design, appearing in the retractable electric fabric roof, decals, door mirror housings, borders and PEUGEOT lettering. The interior is also personalised. The dash board now matches the body colour of the 108 TOP! Roland Garros. The cloth upholstery and carpet mats are special too, with an orange trim and embroidered with the tournament’s logo. And the aluminium door sills put the finishing touch to this design epitomising sport and sophistication.

The PEUGEOT 108 TOP! Roland Garros also offers a wide range of standard equipment: touchscreen, automatic air conditioning and lights, the Open & Go system, satellite navigation (France, Spain and Switzerland), Active City Brake with speed limit sign recognition and lane departure warning, reversing camera (France, Switzerland and the Netherlands).
The PEUGEOT 108 TOP! Roland Garros is available with a 1.0L VTi 72cv BVM5 petrol engine with or without Stop & Start and ETG5 (5-speed piloted gearbox, depending on your country).

Heightened PEUGEOT presence in the Stadia and a new Village at the heart of Roland-Garros

The new PEUGEOT 508 will be commercialised next September. But visitors to Roland-Garros can discover it as of now at the heart of the site alongside 2 PEUGEOT 108 TOP ! Roland Garros models.

The Roland-Garros Village has been treated to a new look this year. It is now even more luxurious with elegant decor and top-end services to guarantee a unique experience for its guests, and it contains the exclusive PEUGEOT entertaining area.
